ORDER - REFUND

​

Each purchase made on the Nomad creation site will be confirmed by e-mail.
Nomad creation may refuse a sale for technical or logistical reasons. In this case, the buyer is informed as soon as possible. In exceptional cases, if the buyer has already paid and for exceptional circumstances Nomad creation is unable to supply the product, the buyer will be reimbursed within 15 days of the payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. No compensation or penalty can be claimed in addition to the full refund.

Each item is personalized for you and is therefore unique, it is important to carefully consult the default personalization indications. Do not hesitate to ask us for advice before ordering if in doubt! In case of problems, contact us, so that we can find a solution.

PRICE

All prices are in Swiss francs. For the moment the VAT is not included. Delivery charges or any other customs-related charges are not included. Additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Despite the great care taken in the choice of textiles, we cannot offer you a guarantee on the products. These will live and experience normal wear and tear over the years.
